Golf is often described as a game of honour and integrity, and understanding the fundamental rules is essential to playing it properly. Knowing the basic rules isn’t just about avoiding penalties – it’s about respecting the sport and enjoying it to its fullest. We all learned the rules back when we first started playing, but let’s be honest, for some of us that was a while ago.

We thought therefore, it may be helpful with a few links to jog those memories.
